Default 250GB PS3 Slim Officially Announced

For a while now, it has been rumored that the PS3 Slim will become available with a 250GB hard drive. Just today, Sony posted on the PlayStation Blog that there is indeed a 250GB PS3 Slim coming.

The looks, features, and hardware are all the same as the 120GB model, just with a bigger hard drive. It is being released on November 3rd for $349.99.

For all of you who do not have a PS3, pick the 250GB model up!

250-120=130. Meh, I think the 120GB is better. Unless if paying $50 for that extra 130GB is a good deal. I think you can get a 250GB HDD atleast around $50 or so.

its a good deal, a 250 gb hdd costs from 55 to 80 dollars.. so you save some bucks... because having an extra 120 gb hdd is useless...

They're only doing this because of Microsoft announced a 250GB version a little while ago.

never heard of those bundles... the Final Fantasy one i can believe, but Fifa? And as for MW2 never heard of Sony making a bundle for it, only Microsoft.

EDIT: anyways, i think 120GB sounds just fine to me. IDK what to do with all that space so yeah, just fine.

I also have a 320GB Portable HDD which i'm sure i can hook up to the PS3 to give it some more space if needed.

Default hmmm... :noworry:

There doing that in preparation for down loadable games that you store in your HD. That way the people wont have to hassle with taking the cd out and putting a new one in. If your one that will download a lot of games, i suggest you for got the 250 model, a little extra space wont hurt anyone.

^That's going to be the dumbest move on Sony's part if i'm reading that right, copying and playing games without the disc.
