Damn stop asking him to make it for the psp. He is a PS3 theme maker. Do you see people begging schmilk or others to convert their .ctfs to .p3ts?

my ctfs cannot be used a p3t or ptf because they are non standard icon sizes/locations but p3t to ptf or ctf are piece o cake

but these are easily convertable to psp.

Steo 1 - Extract p3t
PS3 Theme Extractor Tutorial GamersVue

Step 2 - Load icons into rco using rcoedit 1.15c

Step 3 - Create ctf
