[Help] Screenshot

Hi everyone,
I just completed making a theme for my PS3 and would like to know if there is any easy way to take a screenshot of the theme without using a camera, because my camera is at the repair shop

If anyone could kindly help me by suggesting a way to do this,
or I could give them theme and they could give me the screenshot

when made theme they should be a preview pictue thing and then screen shot it or take picture or something the put here so we can see it if more detail pm cause i am in a hurry:up:

if you have a psp with cfw on use a screenshot app. when your in remote play
