I downloaded and installed the 5.00 one and when i click on the ctf downloader on my xmb it takes me to my browser and then it says not found the requested url /ctf/index.php was not found on this server. please help

The PRXs are not causing the problem. The CTF Download system isn't back up. Evolve still hasn't added it back since the move to the new server. When the system for it is back up you won't get that error anymore.
Why don't you just use Opera Mini (via PSPKVM) to download the themes from these forums? You also need PSP Filer to unzip the ctf in the correct folder, but the big advantage is that you can download every theme and not just those who are uploaded to that database.

That involves starting up PSPKVM, loading Opera Mini, ever so slowly making your way to ConsoleSpot, logging in, slowly browsing for the themes you want while going back to the forum each time to see the list, occasionally switching pages, then closing PSPKVM and starting PSPFiler, extracting each ZIP, and finally moving the CTFs to the THEME folder.
With the CTF Download PRXs you click on icon in the XMB, wait a minute for the full list of theme to load (with screenshots included) and start downloading directly to the THEME folder.
I think my method is faster, even if not all of the themes are there.

Thank you for the help i thought i was going nuts i was into to the hacking my psp when it started and i did it for abouta year and now im just getting back into it and theres alot of new stuff you can do. and i for get everything.

Opera Mini is almost as fast as your desktop browser, but you're right, starting up PSPKVM, loading Opera, logging in, switching to PSP Filer and so on takes some time. I've just posted this alternate (rather complicated) method for those who want to have access to every theme.
