In my opinion 3.72 M33 will be released at some point in the NEAR future. And I also don't think that DAX will continue with the 3.71 series of firmware in making update 4.

All been serious, I have been on 3.72 HX-1 and it is full of bugs, no 1.50 kernel (means you cannot make a pandora!), no custom themes (ptf's do not count) and is made by a unknown person. DAX is proven and he was released no end of CFW and when we update to a M33 or DAX firmware we know we are geting someting that will be regulary updated and kept as bug free as possible.
Wooo recovery menu, because thats what makes a good firmware isn't it a recovery menu...yey
Oh and this HX-1 guy promiced a 1.50 kernel and it would be easy to make, 1 week on I see no 'easy made' kernel do you?

He could make M33 3.72 and put more features in it.
He does NOT ONLY add Sony's upgraded stuff.
if DAX releases a 3.71M33-4 it will be known all over the world
3.72M33 isn't really needed because sony only added remote play feature and if you want that feature just flash the 3.72 premo_plugin.prx and premo_plugin.rco and you have the new feature

I agree that this "news" is most likely fake. I don't think DAX would start work on something like this so soon after 3.71 M33-3 came out. It would be a waste.
As for making a pandora, I found a site that claims to have a Pandora Battery Maker that runs on the 3.xx kernel. If I can find it I will post the link here.
