Joomla, if you download it and look in the images folder, there are four images that look quite similar, they just need redoing and made to look alot nicer, they are just something I just threw together. I'd like the side bar kept where it is, but made nicer and the rectangles on the second tab down (the SECT.PNG) image need to stay where they are. add me to msn :

This is the project that has prevented me from doing your project. It's not a flash interface, but I do agree it needs redoing :P
