your focusedor selected icons need alot of work it looks like you used mspaint to fill in the white pixels
try using CTRL-U in photoshop to adjust the levels and make a copy of the icon that is brighter maybe
ihad try that but i was to lazy to optimize it, but i will try to fix that if ive nothing to do...
the original idea was to frame the icon when you select them, but there is a grid to follow for the alpha channel(selector) otherwise if you select an icon it also selects other icon. icons in the theme are out of grid, only the alpha channel dont.
