Well, since I got the game I got working (and %60 of LA), now I can offer my own in depth review:

Visuals: I like the smooth modeling on the cars, the actual reflection of lights on the cars, the change of weather and time of day, particles (from burnouts and drifts) and destructible environments.

However, the vinyls pixilate really bad when you zoom in, which bugs me. My version of the game also has a long load time for cars. Past that, good visuals.

Gameplay: Gameplay for this game is amazing for a PSP. Wonderful drift physics, actual differences between car performance, no "rubber band" AI.

Audio: Would've been better with custom soundtracks, the music selection isn't too good, hard to hear people on the "phone" over the car.

I give and 8/10.
