Alright. Theres like 5 or 6 game modes for you and 1 other person to play. You can message other players on your friends list at anytime through your friend roster. You can sell and trade drugs (lol) and weapons. You can also make money on the Social Club website and sync it with your psp to get the money in game. You can send waypoints to your friends in game and help guide each other to finding things in the game. There's some sort of link feature also. I believe there is no adhoc mode.

I don't get it what is it for? could we actually play at the same time or what, Drop the info
we couldn't play at the same time but we can compare our accomplishments by syncing our records to the social club through the use of "Sync Stats" on your laptop inside your safe house. You can also play some games in this social club and get money then sync those money to your game and the money you've earned in social club and your current in-game money will be added up.. just be sure to save your game after you've synced so that your records will always be updated..
in socialclub there's also a guide map for hidden missions like security cameras(where to find those 100 cameras), rampage, drug dealers, and stunts

It's good to see content and features like this on the PSP. They should have done this a long time ago. And I'm looking to buy drugs specifically Cocaine (IN GAME GUYS NOT REAL LIFE lmao)
