how do you make it rain to cross the desert.

I only played demo of this game.......Looks like a pretty spun out game.

You have to unlock the Rain Drum. When you come to cross the desert you have to use the Miracle Drum Beat. it goes:

X.XX.XX

On the last set of XX's you have to tap X as soon as you see the Rainbow Beat thing around the edge of the screen.If that makes sense. You have to have FEVER going.

you probably got already. But for other people to. After getting fever (which is a pain)and pressing that stupid. X.XX.XX.(using ear phones helps). You build up a combo for the rain dance with other buttons. like circle and square.

And then rain.
