Default How to tell if your Memory Stick Duo is fake

If you don't have a PSP on you, and just the memory cards you can:

Nice image tut or what ever you want to call it isen't the best way to check it in your psp?
and can't the fake memory stick makes just make the identical?

Cheers & my guess is that, that code is some sort of copyright. So they have to have a different one.

Your probable right but if the code is sort of copyright aren't these fake memory card makers allready brakeing the copyright laws in the first place?

another good way is to press /\ on Music or Video or Pictures (in the XMB) select information and if MagicGate displays Supported, then its 90% original (and 100% will cause no problems with pandora.)

Nice guide, but how can you tell if it says UNKNOWN?

Thats what it says whne you have certain hombrew or other stuff on a CFW PSP. Bet you didn't know that, did ya? lol

Oh and how would I check my 4Gb Sandisk Pro Duo? Hmmmmm?


MUHAHAHAHA I enjoy picking holes in people's charity and obligation to help others!!! MUHAHAHAHA!!!

Hmm i kind of made it obvious what sort of memory card "Memory Stick Duo"
But if you know how to tell with Sandisk please tell
