Found a coldboot tool that I want other people to try. It doesn't really work with my PSP but it might work with others. A good thing to learn is that stupid things often make sense.

It's an EXTREMELY simple tool to use if you know what you are doing, I wouldn't want a newbie giving this program a go. Tell me how you go. I was just fiddling with it and I found using the rco that comes with it does not work on 5.00, just use a back up of yours. Go to recovery menu--->advanced--> and toggle flash 0

ALSO: I'm capped on my internet so I haven't been on much and around 2+ hours of homework a night isn't helping. Don't have time for a proper update, I'll try to do it in a week and a bit when my internet resets. Time of edit: 10 Feb 2009, 9PM GMT 8+ (I hate it when people post, "It'll be ready in a couple days" and don't provide a GMT leaving me going "Not everyone is in America-land!")

Don't worry and thanks, I'm surprised this has been getting so much attention in the first place and I asked a mod a while ago to add this thread to the Master Tutorial List, it's in the recommended part too

News: Having a hard time with coldboot stuff, might be a bit longer until I have a competent section on it.
