I don't like that there's so many colors on the text. Try using the[indent] code and everything in the same font. Maybe titles in bigger font, but other then that, leave it.
Good overall though. It deserves the sticky

too many colors? WTH???? there is only 3 diff colors! and they are to point out different things so people new to the site are not like "where are the downloads?" or stuff like that. and to point out things that people wouldn't normaly scroll their mouse over to see if its a link of some sort.

EDIT: Soon I will add how to hack your PSP Phat or PSP Slim TA-085/TA-088 v1 and v2 MoBo if your OFW Version is above 5.03 via Pandora.

Even though my statement above pretty much explains it, lol, I will add it for the n00bs.

i guess that means i'm doing a great job with this thread and that its easy to follow and understand and there is no need for questions......

that the n00bs/nubs haven't even checked this out and just keep making threads asking how to hack their PSP....

Hey Leo,

I have a 4 year old PHAT and I just recently bought a PSP 3000. From what I understand from the seller, it comes with HEN CFW. I've read through some threads on the internet and I know that if the battery dies out, I'll have to reinstall the ChickHEN and HEN CFW (just need to get the steps later on, but that's not going to be a problem). As long as I keep my PSP on v5.03, there shouldn't be any issues. What concerns me the most is game compatibility.

I have a good collection of JAP games I ripped to ISO and translated to english which I play on my Phat and from waht I understand, I can play these ripped ISOs on the PSP3000 once HEN CFW is installed but would compatibility be a concern? Right now, I should be fine as there are no new games requiring OFW If the PSP is stuck at OFW 5.03, when new games version 5.04 and up come, would it still be possible to play them?

actually, when your battery dies out and you have to charge it again, you do not have to install anything again, just keep the ChickHEN files and the 5.03 GEN for HEN-A files on your PSP 3000 and all you would have to do is just run those two programs again, not install.

to answer your other question, no you are not going to be able to play games that require FWs higher than 5.03. so it would be best if you just sell your 3000, as it is going to be useless, and use your Phat PSP instead.

Aww man, that sucks... right now, all PSP2000s I'm able to find are those who are using those new MoBos so good luck hacking those. My PHAT is still OK but its battery life sucks (something in the range of 30m - 1h)...

Looks like I have no real options right now except for my PHAT.

Okay, so I was planning to switch to ctf GEN, but after switching I by mistake upraded again to OFW 6.10. Now the guide says I must have OFW 5.03 to do this, is there still a way for me to do this?

well now you are going to have to use a Pandora's Battery and MMS inorder to hack your PSP.

there are two ways a of making one, Hardmodding and Softmodding.

seeing as you do not have a PSP with CFW on it, you are going to have to Hardmod yourself a Pandora Battery. if you want a video on how to do it, search on YouTube, they have plenty of vids showing you how.
