Default Pandora battery, Dead?

i have this one battery (for phat) pandora
i used it a lot before but haven't touched it for like months
so my friend asks to hack his psp yesterday
so i put my pandora in, but didn't boot
i realized there is no power left
so i plugged in the charger, the power light, orange, blinks
still blinking now and still no power
is my battery useless?

Let the Pandora charge for a while. Idk why it's blinking, but when it's orange, that means it's charging. Wait for the orange light to turn green (that means the battery is fully charged) and then disconnect the charge cable and take out the battery. Then put it in again. Also, make sure you have a magic memory stick, too.

maybe your friend's psp is a non-pandorizable psp, so safest way to install it is still in HEN tiff exploit
