Default How do I recover? 5.00 M33-6 Semi - Brick...

Ahoy!
My PSP will turn on momentarily and then turn off... just a black screen and green power light.

I can access Recovery Mode.

I've put in the Recovery folder with the eboot and 500.pbp
I've run Hellcats Recovery, 5.00... everything loads and completes but the PSP will still turn on and then off like before.

It's a PSP 2000, it was running 500 M33-6 when it semi bricked.

ANY help would be MUCHO appreciated!

Try using a different hellcats recover flasher.

If that doesn't work try flashing a different custom filmware that is higher then 5.00 m33-6.

Im on 5.00m33-6 to, so im assuming your using hellcats recovery flasher 1.60 because that's what I use.

Try the previous verison 1.50

File Details-Recovery-Flasher-v1.50-PSP -

Try flashing any other filmware that's not 5.00m33 through 5.00m33-6.

If that doesn't work try updating to 5.50 GEN.Just google 5.50 GEN update.im not sure but I think their is more than one.

You can also downgrade in the future.

If you do not have a Pandora Battery and MMS, make one.

To make a MMS, use Pandora Deluxe. You will be able to make a MMS using your Desktop and a MS Reader, no PSP required.

To make a Pandora Battery, run HellCat's Recovery Flasher v1.60 and scroll all the way down to the Make Battery Pandora option and select it.

Now turn off your PSP, insert the MMS, and then insert your battery and it will install 5.00 M33-4.

Now just upgrade back to 5.00 M33-6 or 5.50 GEN-D2 if you want.
