UMD Gen is a good converter. Is available in various places. > LINK <

Second,
CSO is a Compressed version of an "ISO". So is going to be smaller not incomplete.

It depends on the game. Some games runs perfectly in CSO.

all of my Backups run perfect as CSOs. I've heard people complain, but i don't have not one complaint! They run perfect, and it saves space on my MS... whats not to like about it?

yes even GoW on my PSP runs perfect in CSO format!

I have both ISO's and CSO's on my PSP and I don't see much of a difference. I would just suggest compressing your games into CSO's, smaller files = more space for more games.

You should use ISO's for games like GTA and GoW..
CSO's are ok for games like Space Invaders Extreme, etc..

CSO's use less battery, so when u want to play long, and it doesn't really matter if its 60 FPS or 34 FPS, you should take the CSO.
