im just wondering, for multi disk games such as the legend of dragoon, do you just convert each disk one at a time and it will use the same savedata?

Well, I'm rather poor and I only have a 1GB MS and I wanted to play FFVII. Much too big to make one eboot. You can do each individually, and they can read the same save data. What you have to do is make sure that they both have the same Game ID. On FFVII, by default, disc 1 was SCUS94163, disc 2 SCUS94164, and disc 3 SCUS94165. They all three had the same Save ID, but I had to manually change the Game ID for discs 2 and 3 to SCUS94163 to match disc 1.

If you can fit a large eboot, go to options and check "Convert multi disc game" uner the "Common" tab and click save. Then select the iso for the first disc like you are just going to convert it, and click convert. A new window opens, allowing you to add up to three more isos. I can't test to see if it's necessary, but I would assume it's a good idea to make sure that the Game IDs are all the same. Just click ok and it makes a single eboot for all the isos you added. Also, make sure you put them in order if you have more than two disc, or I imagine that could cause a host of problems.

As long as each disc has the same gameid, the saveid will be pointed to the next disc. So just keep disc 1 as it is (unless you need a special gameid for the game to run properly), and then manually edit the remaining disc's gameid to match whatever id was given to disc 1.
