try extracting the files with 7zip... when i used winrar a lot of songs would not extract due to the file name length! just google 7zip its a free download and it worked great for me!

-you need to place the files from the second download in the Songs folder from the first download...
-then you place the entire Guitarway_to_Heaven_Amplified folder in the GAME folder on your psp!
