you wont be able to play the newer games of pokemon like the DS versions because there isnt really a working DS emulator for the PSP that runs them 100% one is being made but its not complete. as for the older ones.

1. File Details-UO-gpsp-kai-3.4-test-3-PSP-Emulators -
go to that link. it gives you the download to GPSP. GBA emu for the PSP
2. get a working GBA BIOS, noone can supply it for it is illegal. so try a torrent (hope its not bad to say that ill edit out if so though)
3. Install the emu to your PSP, look at the readme for additional help.
4. if its not there already make a ROMS folder inside your GPSP folder that is in GAME.
5. Put the roms into the ROMS folder then... start up GPSP and it should work.

read the readme for any additional information.
i think that this one is the best download for GPSP at the moment. i cant remember exactly which one is the best but GPSP Kai was good for me.

hope this helps. : D

P.S. i love how you guys had a conversation about helping this dood but never actually helped him... also love how u talked about working emu's on the PSP but never gave a link to the ones that he could play pokemon on... anyways good luck

Yeah man pearl and platinum are ds games. There isn't a stable ds emu yet. GBA games are going to require a gba emulator, like gpsp kai. You will need a a file called a bios to run the games (pokémon leaf, fire, ruby, w/e). You also need to have CFW (custom firmware) on your PSP.

*Don't have CFW, GPSP, Bios? Google it son.

Of course it's displeasing for now coz it's still in beta. But the latest release is good for a beta version.

It works, it's just the speed issue.

exaclty.... so its not 100% working yet... it may work but until the speed issues are fixed and it runs the games flawlessly it wont be 100% working.
