Vista the Operating System is not that great...
However the graphics are amazing...

Also, can we really not add anything to it... what if I want to add a flash game do I really need consent even if I am only using it on my PSP...

it's not a theme... it's a portal. you go to the internet browser and typing in the right path to it :P
