UMDumper v0.3.0D Released - Console Spot Forums

Homebrew developer, PhonicUK, released UMDumper a few months ago, and I thought it'll be well worth putting it on front page for everyone to download. This is an application that can read an inserted UMD disk, and dump it as an image to your Memory Stick, so that it can be played without the disk inserted with the aid of custom firmware.

Only M33 based firmwares are currently supported, GEN is unsupported. Furthermore, the author notes that only PSP Games can be dumped. Video and Music UMD disks cause the application to freeze.

This seems cool, but I think the built in UMD to USB of m33 firmware is easier.

No Evolve, he's right. I saw this was recently posted on a news site and I searched the forums and I found this [Update] UMDumper 0.3.0D Released! Mp3 Playback, CSO improvements!

Ah, alright. It doesn't hurt reposting it on the front page as I did, so everyone is aware of the application. It comes in handy.

Well I was gonna tell you that it was posted awhile ago, but I guess I got beaten to it. I love this App, and you are right that it doesn't hurt to post the app on the front page because it's worth downloading.
