[Release] CXMB for 5.50Gen

Thanks to matchung's clever code editing he has compiled a cxmb.prx that actually lists the contents in the theme menu of the settings screen in 5.50gen!!

On top of that it builds ctf very nicely, which isn't a big deal, but it has been working great for me compared to the one supplied with GEN firmware

Also you can now use ctf.exe and unctf.exe to build and decompile the 5.50ctf themes which I have attached courtesy of Matchung

:P still being worked on and coming out better than ever on 5.50 :P

Now i might upgrade to 5.50 GEN only if all the themes i have on my psp are converted to 5.50 GEN. i.e. Large Midnight Black,(Blue), Windows Se7en, and like 100 more. Not trying to be demading

yes it works with 5.50 U3R, cause 5.50 U3R runs off of 5.50 GEN.
and U3R is just a patch, not a full CFW itself.

this tempted me to update to 5.50 GEN-A, but most of my plugins stopped working. i'm back on 5.00 M33-6, the best CFW around!

i don't mean to put GEN down or anything, i actually like some of their ideas that they put into their CFWs, but M33 is just better overall.
