thats a lie! just cause 3000's don't have a Full CFW, doesn't mean plugins won't work/no point in having them. go crawl under a rock like Patrick Star.

ok i know how to install the plugins and all
but im wondering, will my psp brick if i install this plugin
since my 3000 is on 5.03Gen A(full) and if it comes to a point where
my psp freezes then i have to rehack it again
if it manages to turn on.?

i think game categories plugin works fine with hen cfws, since ive installed it in CFE 3.60 and the plugin works fine

Plugins will not brick any PSP, plugins have nothing to do with the Flash0.
It's either the plugin works, or it doesn't. But no chance of bricking.
