[Release] heartbeat, Apollon, Crystal Blade, and Dark Apollon (4.01 M33)

'Tis done! After hours of work on updating the themes, half of it went to waste. On the bright side, everyone gets 3 converted themes (with minor updates) and a new version of Apollon. I would have spent more time on this, but I'm going out of town starting Wednesday so I really had to get this done.

Now stop requesting Apollon to be converted!

I didn't want to be selfish and post 4 release topics.

There was an offset for it in 3.90, but I think Sony took it out, because it isn't where it would be. Thanks for the help with the PTF icon. The mspaint trick worked.
