Haven't put a psp theme on in awhile but this is how to do it(I think, correct me if I'm wrong):
1. Get cxmb plugin - the latest one
2. Install it and enable it in your recovery menu (under vsh menu)
3. Get AppleCor
4. go to MS0:\ PSP\ Theme and put the ctf in there
5. Go to Settings
6. Go to theme settings
7. select the ctf theme (AppleCor)
8. you psp will reboot and the theme will appear
