I experienced this:

The Option of "APPLY" and "DELETE" under the THEME doesn't show up.

Plus, How do I make the font of these smaller without affecting the size of the font of the Subicon menus?:

yeah thats a downside to having the left sided infobar

just know that after you select your theme, press x again to apply it

the text inside the boxes is black on my psp phat, anything i can do to change that to white ? otherwise i cant see which menu-item i select using that black background with the meteor.
