you will get that everytime you resart ur psp or return to xmb from a game.
if you want to use the blue wave,
from settings >theme settings > background >
select original press x
then select classic.

if you dont want doing this over and over everytime u restart ur psp i suggest you use the original wave.

i think you have to reduce the colors of teh tga you used to make thew ave to remove the 2nd wave showing up. or shrink the image in the canvas.

either way this theme is HOT HOT HOT!! well done!!!
