ken, let check your steps once again
1) Do u use latest cxmb.prx (make sure ur using CXMB 3)
2) have u put common_gui.prx, paf.prx, vshmain.prx in the cxmb/supports(make sure u use correct files for your firmware; 3.71 pr 3.90)
3) have u put ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx in vsh.txt inside seplugin folder
4) hv u enable plugin in RM(i bet u did)
5) hv you put .ctf file in PSP/Theme(make sure u not use previous ctf because not compatible anymore)-download one 1st from d link given by other member)

i dont really get how to do the full installation thing.
the point of the full version is to be able to put any regular xmb theme in there but still have the same effect right (not having to flash)?
well anyway i dont understand what to do for this part:

-Prepare a 16x16 256 colors png and a 300x170 24bit bmp for preview
-Use the Converter to produce a ptf file contain the above preview icon and preview image
-Copy the ptf file to ms0:/cxmb/
etc...

can anyone help?

1) the cxmb.prx i download from the first post that they post! cxmb.prx 3.0 right? i download that. and extract at ms:0

This is awesome, but i have a question, to make your own ctf file, does the theme you want to convert have to be installed in your psps, falsh cause i am confused with that past, i get the rest.
