Why does my psp keep on freezing every time i click on theme?

-=THEME INSTALLATION=-
Traditional Theme (CXMB full version only):
-Download SCE's official ptf Custom Theme Converter here:

-Prepare a 16x16 256 colors png and a 300x170 24bit bmp for preview
-Use the Converter to produce a ptf file contain the above preview icon and preview image
-Copy the ptf file to ms0:/cxmb/
-Edit the conf.txt's first line to /PSP/THEME/xxx.ctf, the ctf name must be the same as the ptf you produced, for example, if you have ms0:/cxmb/mytheme.ptf, you should edit this line to /PSP/THEME/mytheme.ctf
-Copy traditional theme files to ms0:/cxmb/, reboot your PSP, and it will generate your ctf theme file at ms0:/PSP/THEME/

Little confused so work with me here that stuff i posted above it the way to make .ctf files am I correct?

If so, in that case can someone like upload a Dummy .ptf. With pre-set images, That would be quite easier for some. All I need is fix a title i don't need a image, So I want a Dummy PTF understand?

it says, i will produced by using custom theme converter, but i still need to make 16x16 png icon and 300x170 bmp image fo me to arrive to mytheme.ptf...

i don't know how to do this one...

i don't know how to do this one...

I just resize the sample images done by the source authors and then save as 24-bit (true color) bmp to make preview images and crop certain portions of the original sample images to 16x16 and save as 8-bit png to make icon images. Any graphic app could do this. I just use MS PhotoEditor and MS Paint.

After getting both the preview and icon images for use with theme creator, I just fill in the necessary fields in themeconv.exe (Sony's Custom Theme PTF creator). The necessary fields are "Title", "Product ID" and "Version" under the "Information" tab and "Preview Icon" and "Preview Image" under the "Others" tab. After filling the fields, I just "Export..." the theme to ptf.

It's that easy.
