i did everything as in tut but still no luck' here are my steps
1) put xxx.ptf in CXMB folder (i
2) alter the line in conf.txt (i create conf.txt myself because initially it not there)
3) put vsh and font folders in CXMB folder
4) reboot
5) PSP restart with new theme
6) check in THEME - only find Default.ctf not xxx.ct(ctf is theme name, in my case Inacor MCE)
7) check at Setting>Theme; original theme is the current theme
Any idea anyone. What should i do

pls ensure you are using a full version of CXMB.
second, ensure the xxx.ptf is same as xxx.ctf in conf.txt
and try to delete the whitespace in filename.
I think for me it can't work! totally.
This is what i have done:
1. I download the CXMB 3.0 3.90 that file.
2. I extract at ms:0 of my root.
3. I create 1 folder for seplugins.
4. Inside the seplugins folder got VSH.txt and inside i type in ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx
5. NExt i went into my recovery mode and went to enable the cxmb.prx
6. I go to my settings under themes there is NO ANY CUSTOM THEMES!
Guys can u all help me see where i went wrong or do anything wrong for my steps? let me know ty!

after some 'meditation', i figure out the problem. i use old CXMB.prx. Thanks matchung for this great plugin. i have converted all major themes myself by reading your tut.
