lol, its exactly as the one that was released erlier. you can use cxmb. its safer that way if your not bave enough to flash it.

its not a converter. its an app that lets you replace the graphics in an existing rco wit your own. i dont have the link right now but il see if i can find it later

Just to clarify, this theme is for 3.71 however it is for CFW users only, as you need the CXMB 2.5 plugin installed.
