uh can someone help me,I don't have firmware just a regular psp with version 3.95.Um I tried adding this to my theme folder and it doesn't read it at all I don't know why though.Also it seems that this theme is in a different format then the rest of my themes.Can someone help me?

ctf is only for custom firmware. You have to stick with just changing your icons with ptfs on regular firmware.
