i got this to work by downloading it from the ctf downloader link from an XMB theme.

how am i supposed to apply it? i connected my psp and put the file in the THEME file, but when i go to see if it is there it isnt WHY?!?

You might not have the right firmware?
Is it custom?
Did you download the right stuff?

i put the theme in my theme folder but where do i put the other two folders??
