Thats odd. Here try this one. Its the same thing I just had to add a file, because I was missing it.

Are you running Windows? I really don't know what's wrong with having something work with. Try restarting your PC. That might help. Other then that I am all out of ideas.

So with this editor could i change the block size of 01-12 files so i can create high res backgrounds?

if so what do i cange the block size to? and do i include the 13-14 file size and add that to the block size value?
