After having a glance at the screen shots the only difference I see is that v1 main icons in the dock are larger when selected.

Not my type of style, but nice theme nonetheless.

I like version 1, but I'm confused for version 2...how do you know which main icon you've selected? (there isn't a noticeable difference)
