[Tutorial] Converting F0 themes to CTF.

Thanx for the tips, but i can't understand what u means by the vsh folder and fonts folder in theme?? Because in your screenshot it shows vsh folder and font folder to paste in cxmb folder. Am i using wrong converter??? After ptf file created, is the vsh folder also created??? Mine got only ptf file, no vsh folder created. i dunno where to get the vsh folder to paste in cxmb folder.

Today i tried to reset vsh menu, but nothing ctf files are created...i use v1.2.0.0..this version not compatible??

No the VSH folder is not created. This TUT was made when not vey many people where converting there flash0 themes to CTF with their PSPs. I only made this so that you can convert the flash0 theme to CTF with your PSP. You can use any version to make a PTF. As for the vsh/font folders they need to be of the firmware you are using. Please look thriugh the Themes section and search for a theme of your firmware which is in flash0 format, then you will see what I mean. If you use the CTF Manager you can distract from a CTF file and see what I am talking about. Good luck! If you need more assistance PM me and I will be glad to help you within my knowledge.

thanx...seems that i already confused with flash0, ptf anf ctf themes..now i learned that there are 3 type of themes...flash0, ctf and ptf...actually i want to learn to make ctf theme from scratch(really means from scratch including re-positioning icons, bla..bla..), not dloading the completed themes by xmb creators...

Could any xmb creator can teach me...now only can make ptf theme but still in default icons position...

That`s weird, cuz it worked for me eveytime. But nowadays you have the CTF Manager which does it for you pretty much easier,lol

CTF manager for me doesn't work good... because it does not include paf, vshmain and common gui on the ctf.... so cxmb is better for me
