So I'm new to PSP modding. Just curious how I would go about installing this or if I can. I have a PSP-1001 with CFW 5.50 Prometheus.

welcome to the "Spot" dude. what u have to do is intall a plugin called cxmb which u can download here: CXMB for 5.50Gen - Homebrew Applications - PSP - QuickJump Downloads

enable it by going to recovery mode (hold R while booting psp) then go into plugins and enable. put the theme the THEMES folder from the usb and enable it from you xmb.
