thx,.... but actually this theme wasn't created by me it was created by vincent william philips, he has a youtube channel you should check it out, he has a lot of videos about psp, on how to install plug ins, homebrews and applications for the psp, you can find a lot of psp stuff at his channel, there is the video on how to install this theme and also how to install the 30 background plug in, yes ...it's a plug in , and the waves and everything.
