hmm... nice concept... but the toolbar on top is overused...
You should try placing both the battery and time in the right or the right upper corner...maybe a hollow square intersecting with the upper right corner... and the battery in the vertical part and time and date in the horizontal part... I know it sounds confusing, i would post an image but im using the wii...

I have to agree with uoykcuf86, I'm not really feeling this theme as opposed to your previous releases. Its a bit too plain and dull but to each its own... right?
Anyways, may I suggest just dumping the toolbar and implementing the battery icon and date inside the circle? Something like having the battery on top of what I'm guessing is the sub icons and the date below?
Tbh, after all the excitedness wore off, I don't really like it much either. Oh well. I can't be a hit every time. :/ I think I was more excited that my "writer's block" came to an end. heh.. but it's still kinda cool.
