Thanks for the help. I'll do it ASAP and tell of the results. I'm also just using black and white, no colour actually. But will do. Thanks again.

Sorry for the double post but thanks to you guys it all worked out. My icons are not disappearing anymore. But now I have a really weird problem. I'll describe it then post a picture for you guys. Initially when I load my theme onto the PSP this is what I get for my icons. Note the position.
Original.gif

After playing around and making other adjustments to other things and not the menu icons, my theme suddenly changes its menu icon position. It moves automatically to the right abit.

Here is the catch though. When I enter a submenu and exit, the main icons then revert back to its original spot like in the first picture. I tried formatting the whole MS and also creating the theme from scratch again with no effect. It keeps on moving itself over on boot and goes back to its original location after entering menus and exiting.

Errr...

everytime I try to edit the common_gui.prx the info bar is just ruined....

25.8kb common gui.prx works with 144x272 pixels. but when it is 100kb+, it became 74x272 ...

do you know what is the problem? when I tried using flash0, it is good.

EDIT:
AGAIN:
Nevermind! haha... thanks to gamerstyle... i saw your post there that you should descramble the prx first. and this will make me to create/edit themes easily...

btw, many many thanks!

Hi, I'm having alot of trouble with my OSK. I only replace one icon and then compress it. After doing so and putting it into my theme all my shadows and focus all get screwed up. Any ideas?

Is there a 5.50 .ptf creator, or are people just using the 5.00 .ptf creator still?
