(Guide) Converting 5.00 CTF to 5.50 CTF using CTF Converter
this is for converting 5.00 ctf's to 5.50 ctf's using patpat's ctf converter!
*not really a guide just a guideline of what needs to be change after the conversion*
For anyone who wants to convert a 5.00 ctf to 5.50 ctf,
this guide will tell you what all needs to be edited after the conversion. *more then just the information board icon needs to be changed!*

1) after you convert the ctf you then need to extract the flash files *Use patpat's CTF Tool to convert & extract the CTF*
2) then remove or edit the information board icon in the topmenu_icon.rco using RCO Editor *depends on the theme if you need to add a new info board icon or remove it completely* If the theme your converting don't have subicons then you will need to replace the information board icon with a 1x1 transparent png. 4) in the vshmain.prx the menu colors, font colors & wave colors all need to be edited again.
As well as switching the network update & location free, also you will have to remove the umd update again. *Use highboy's Vshmain Editor to change the menu/wave/font colors* *to switch the network update & location free you need to use a hex editor*
5) the sysconf_plugin.prx doesn't seem to be converted at all so you will have to remake that *if the theme even had one* *use a Hex Editor to do that*
6) You have to delete the msvideo_main_plugin.prx or else your psp will freeze when clicking on the video category
7) the osk_plugin_500 is also not converted, but backgrounds for osk's don't work on 5.50 *you don't really have to worry about it*
8) also the custom visualizers don't work on 5.50
so when the visualizer_plugin.rco is converted the 2nd visualizer will be blank *if the theme has it changed* *it's not that big of a deal unless it bothers you, then just delete the visualizer_plugin.rco.*
9) Once you have edited all you need then you can compile the flash files back to a 5.50 CTF *Use patpat's CTF Tool for that*
This is everything I've noticed/remembered atm, there could be more.
If you know of anything or noticed any mistakes I've made please let me know
Not all themes will have all these things that need to be changed.
It will be up to the converters to recognize what needs it & don't.
I'm not saying you have to do all these things, but I don't recommend releasing it if your unsure. *at least make sure you remove or edit the information board icon* *also make sure when you add the new topmenu_plugin.rco
the stuff in the page data & text data match up to the old one* *see spoiler*
