in the making of my new theme, i am looking to change the name and address of the default psp bookmark (the one that appears when you click "bookmarks" but before you click my "bookmarks"
i have seen it done before, but can anybody teach me or link me?

I think you already saw my post but for those on this site who didn't here's a link. It answers how to get cusom bookmarks with titles. The "Bookmarks" text I haven't been able to find. It should be in htmlviewer_.....prxs but I couldn't find it. Link
