Can any one help me get started making a ctf theme from scratch. I have cxmb plugin enabled and have ctf themes on my psp just want to make one. I have all the tools for doing this I believe as I have read a thousand post. Its just that when I open a top menu plugin .rco there is only some parental icon stuff there it seems. Any help getting started would be appreciated. PSP firmware 3.90 m33-2
