all u can google for 3.71bootsound cos there are not so many bootsound for 3.90...if u can find 3.71 bootsound than convert using this app

from standard wav , i use PSP BootSound Replacer.exe then make the opening_plugin.prx (selected 3.90) = result it' wont work.
bcoz of a diff format.
i use a codec atrac3, but can't convert into wav atrac3
how do i convert from wav to wav atrac3 format (sony)?
anyone have a atrac converter ?
