Do you have a backup of it? No

Flash a custom theme which has a custom vshmain in it, you will be stuck with a custom theme but at least you will be able to boot the PSP to do somthing about it e.g. make a pandora

or he can use CXMB and a CTF theme till he makes a Pandora

It is because it is hidden by Sony.

Go into any folder on your Computer and follow these steps

1. Click TOOLS
2. Click Folder Options...
3. Click on the VIEW Tab
4. Uncheck Hide Protected Operating System Files
5. Check(Or more like color in the dot) Show Hidden File and folders
