and i downloaded the xmb but how will u know the structure ur talkin about
and the theme arent working

how will get a file structure like this:

and how will i Reboot PSP and enable cxmb.prx in Recovery menu.
my psp is 4.0m33

i putted the large blue neon theme and when i go to apply it. it says that "the file cannot be open"

do you have cxmb installed properly, and do other ctfs work? If so maybe the ctf itself is corrupt! Im not on 3.90 anymore so i cant check it out! sry

LOL i wish i had the time Nayt but now that i am making themes i just dont! And actually i believe the CTF Theme Database is pretty effective for the same purpose, just no packs to download!
