Could somebody convert these to a ctf file 4 me?
I tried on my own but it didn't work.
I get an error like the one in the first post but it does not say "file not found"
It says "Access to the path 'update_plugin.rco' is denied.
I don't know y the message comes up even though I am an administrator.
So if anyone could convert the theme for me I would greatly appreciate it =)

It is a simple GUI for ctf/unctf tools.
With this program you can create CTF theme files directly on your PC, without the need of a PSP!
You can also extract files from a CTF file and install CTF themes in your PSP!

Note: program will not require a installation, but it requires the .NET Framework 3.5 (you can download it FREE from Microsoft website!).
