i think its the whole download because its saying -'CANNOT ADD,LOCKED ARCHIVE'or something,the add and delete buttons are shaded which means i cant click them

did you extract the download after downloading it?
you have to right click the download and choose to extract it

sorry man,my fault.i accidentally named the steps wrong.i updated how to convert flash0 to ctf.it should work now
