I tried asking for help in the help section but I no one seems to be able to help. Thanx in advance.
EDIT:
I got help from assyrianpimp09 and now I am good to go:up:

Converting Themes When CTF Manager is Broken

Recently,CTF Manager 1.0 stopped working on my computer and I found out how to make a CTF and flash0 theme without opening it! Don't know if anyone else knew how to do this, but here it is for everyone!

CTF to FLASH0
1.Extract the download by right clicking the archive download and click "Extract to (whatever the name of the file is)"
2.Get your CTF and rename it to Default.ctf
3.Go to your CTF Manager folder, then DATA folder (thats the folder with the original CTF Manager 1.0.exe next to it)
4.Place your CTF in that folder(the DATA folder)
(make sure you rename your CTF to Default.ctf)
5.After putting the CTF in that folder, there should be something called "maker.bat" in the same folder, click it.
6.A window should pop up which shows it extracting
7.When it's done, press any button to contine and then you're all done!
there should be a vsh, font and a ptf in the same folder.that is the flash0 of your CTF (there might be only a vsh and ptf.thats ok)

FLASH0 to CTF
1.Go to your CTF Manager folder, then DATA folder
2.Instead of placing your ctf in the DATA folder, place your vsh, font (optional) and ptf in that folder. If your flash0 theme you want to convert has other folders like kd, you will be able to convert that with it too!
3.Rename your PTF your converting in step 2 to Default.ptf or this will not work.
4.There should be something called "ctf.exe" in the same folder.Click on it
5.Wait for the little window that pops up to be done.it might come up really fast
6.After that, theres going to be something new in the DATA folder called Default.ctf
That's your flash0 made into a CTF!

Making a PTF for CTF
Requirements:
1.Custom theme converter.(Download themeconv in attachment)
2.ptf icon file in 16x16, 256 colors, PNG format
3.ptf preview file in 300x170, 24Bit true color, BMP format
Now the tut
1.After downloading the file,EXTRACT it
2.Open themeconv and go to the "Information" tab.Fill in Title and Product ID with anything,no spaces are allowed.Fill in Version with any number (EX:390)
3.Now go to "Others" tab and fill in your prepared png icon (Preview Icon) and bmp preview (Preview Image)
If your preview icon rejects putting the file in, open the PNGforPTF folder i included in the download and open PNGforPTF.exe in that folder.Instructions should be self explanatory from there.
4.Go to file menu and select Export (Shortcut key in F5)
5.Name the PTF file Default.ptf since you suppose to name it that for my CTF Manager guide
6.A window will come up and after it's done, press ok
Now you're all done! That's the PTF for your CTF file. Now follow the instructions in the FLASH0 to CTF guide above

Please donate some points!!

Please comment if this tutorial worked for you!
Also comment if you had any problem using this method and post the problem
