Basically, I'm saying there's going to be new staff positions and people will be hired.

What I meant was about duties regarding rules, how are they enforced and staff available at one point or the other. While it's true that every single one of us can't be all the time on the community, there are times where threads go out of control or threads explicitly breaking the rules are made and there's no moderator in sight. Some of them are even rarely active.

The tournaments would be a great idea. I was kinda disappointed when no one entered SOTW and POTW.

Yeah, good suggestion... we'll definitely need some dedicated moderators who can take care of the site. Just the sheer size of the site will require us to have mods from different time zones who can keep an eye on the site. Thanks for the suggestions.

Hmm.... He's right. There have been sometimes where a Super Mod or Admin are not online, and threads can get out of hand quickly. If we talk to other active members on the site, maybe ask them for their timezone and when they go online, we can always have a moderator on the site.

Some of them are rarely active and a lot of them don't implement the rules strictly.

Maybe not a major thing, but I want members to have the ability to close own threads.
Maybe for a small charge if the vBux system comes back.

maybe you could make a download section for all downloadable apps and homebrew for psp. a download section for iso and cso games is a good addition too, but it still up to you guys.

Yup, download section is already something that's being worked on. The suggestion about iso and cso games in the download section is something we can't do since we don't want to engage in any unlawful activity (piracy).
